Removed sneaky plugins from this site.

Hello readers. watch out! Some of the ‘free’ WordPress plug-ins come with nasty web-trackers and beacons.

So to make the site more privacy-friendly, I’m removing the plug-ins.

As a side-benefit – the site now renders faster.
